Business Development Technical Manager (m/f)

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-department collaboration to support integration partnerships
  • Lead the technical definition, technical requirements and business model for strategic partnerships with partners
  • Define workflows, screen designs working with engineering and PM teams
  • Liaise with Business Intelligence and Data Science teams to ensure proper KPI tracking is implemented
  • Coordinate internal development with all involved departments including external teams
  • Be able to articulate our APIs and architecture with technical leaders from potential strategic partners
  • Collaborate with the leadership team defining the Business Development Strategy, global plan and partner map
  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for TeamViewer across a defined spectrum of partners that goes from OEMs, MDM, ERP, CRM, RMM, Helpdesk providers to platform players.
  • Participate in regular business reviews between TeamViewer and partner firms to assess partnership success

  • 8 or more years in Business Development and partner management experience
  • Technical degree, engineering equivalent MBA ideal
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations with global engineering teams
  • Experience leading API focused deals with Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience in creating new customer relationships and working with strategic partners
  • Experience in project managing strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record of enabling multi-million dollar agreements and strategic long-lasting, trusted partner relationships
  • Passionate about cloud, mobile technologies and emerging categories
  • Ability to pitch to C-level executives clearly articulating a value proposition
  • Ability to travel internationally
