Channel Program Manager (m/f)

  • Develop sales activities on strategic and operative level together with line responsible in EMEA & APAC
  • Verify channel partner effectiveness and rethink partners condition & payment models
  • Challenge sales force with performance management forecasting processes to improve sales effectiveness
  • Support and represent channel sales in cross functional projects
  • Optimize and improve existing tools / KPI-reports / forecasting for sales organization
  • Drive various strategic projects and initiatives within global channels
  • Support Director Sales Development in day to day business coordinating and steering

  • Academic background (business related studies)
  • 3 Years of practical experience in similar role, preferable from software industry
  • Strategic thinking
  • Proactive and implementation orientated work approach
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and German
  • You have strong communications skills, a positive attitude and you enjoy interacting with customers to provide them with the best possible solutions.
  • You are enthusiastic, willing to learn and you enjoy working in a team
