Channel Sales Manager (m/f)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential key partners and distributors
  • Recruit, manage and onboard new channel partners and distributors in consultation with Country Manager
  • Support the enablement of existing partners and distributors
  • Develop and manage annual partner business plans/targets
  • Coordinate with partners to identify marketing activities and key sales opportunities to generate revenue
  • Achieve targeted business objectives in line with partner sales plan
  • Responsible to do quarterly reviews with exiting partners and distributors
  • Engage with senior level decision markers and other relevant stakeholders
  • Respond to partner requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide quotes to partners, monitor open opportunities and book orders and secure timely delivery

Requirements

Critical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Proven channel sales and account management experience in IT industry including relationship building for 5 years or longer.
  • Ability to manage a multi-faceted workload and work to tight deadlines with conflicting and competing demand
  • Entry level proficiency in verbal English and intermediate level in written English.
  • Sales driven and have worked to key targets & objectives
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills
  • You must want the challenge to drive and grow the business and not be afraid to work independently to achieve this
