Customer and Technical Support Engineer (m/f)

Responsibilities

  • Work on first-level-support cases in our D/A/CH market
  • Work on second-level-support cases regarding our private users
  • Be responsible to sort all requests and tickets raised by our users
  • Be responsible for the personal use verification tickets
  • Advise our international prospects and customers
  • Assist your team with tech support issues

Requirements

  • Education in the field of IT or similar technical background
  • Basic knowledge of IT operating systems
  • Very good knowledge of networks and ideally previous work experience in Customer or Technical Service
  • Good oral and writing skills in English and German
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a friendly and professional approach to the customer
