Your Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers via telephone, e-mail and chat or online community posts
  • Clarify technical questions from our prospective buyers and customers and provide them with consultation about all aspects of a software products from the TeamViewer family
  • Support our sales team with your technical know-how and provide detailed error descriptions to software development
  • Take on Second-Level support cases and reconstruct as needed.
  • Measures process and solve third-level support cases
  • Communicate with our customers and keep them informed about our range of products

Requirements

Requirements

  • University degree with a major in applied information technology, business information management or a comparable field in information technology, e.g. as IT system administrator or as information technology specialist
  • You already have professional experience in the IT environment, preferably in the area of online communication and collaboration
  • Strong English language skills, other additional language skills are a plus
  • Open-minded and team-oriented
  • Strong communication skills, results and problem solution orientation as well as friendly, professional relations with customers
