Director Product Marketing (m/w)

Responsibilities

Aufgaben

  • You are responsible for the TeamViewer product marketing and lead a Team of Product Marketers for our TeamViewer solutions and initiatives (Monitoring, Collaboration, IoT)
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, field marketing and other functions to develop and execute the marketing strategy and serve as the voice of the market for product strategy development
  • Define the roadmap of TeamViewer products in close collaboration with Product Management, Product Development and Sales
  • Deliver the products to market including global pricing strategies
  • Develop thought leadership content to accelerate customer and industry awareness, and adoption of TeamViewer, such as case studies, white papers, blog posts
  • Understand the existing and prospective customer needs, conduct market research and lead Competitive Intelligence and Market Analysis
  • Develop and drive the complete launch plan for new products and build message frameworks serving as foundation for campaigns, sales enablement and press materials
  • Leverage Competitive Intel information and build materials helping all departments to articulate TeamViewers leading edge to the market

Requirements

Was Sie bieten

  • 10 or more years of product marketing experience with a track record of delivering compelling, breakthrough strategy and execution in a customer centric b2b and enterprise software (SaaS) environment
  • You successfully have done it before, are ready taking on a new challenge in a thriving environment, not shy rolling up your sleeves
  • Familiar in perpetual and subscription software environments; making the move from perpetual to subscription is a plus
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of the remote access, remote support, collaboration and IoT market and solutions, customer pain points, competition and trends
  • Ability to create data-driven go-to-market plans and adjust based on data analysis, market feedback and strategy evolution
  • Ability to work with peer and senior technical customer users/buyers to solicit and synthesize customer and market feedback for actionable recommendations on positioning, messaging and product features
  • Outstanding communication skills, especially the ability to convert complex ideas into simple messages
