Enterprise Customer Care Specialist (m/f)

Responsibilities

  • Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among our enterprise users
  • Take care of 1st-Level Technical Support questions about TeamViewer software with a focus on the German and English speaking markets
  • Answer user questions in the area of setup, product functionality and other topics i.e. administrative questions following their purchase via phone and email
  • Hold online demonstrations to explain software functionalities to existing enterprise customers if needed
  • Do customer satisfaction calls and surveys to further improve our service
  • Follow up on outstanding service issues
  • Determine potential for further sales opportunities and address them according to our internal processes to the responsible team

Requirements

  • A degree in business information technology, economics or several years working experience
  • Previous working experience in phone-based customer service
  • Excellent English and German skills (writing and speaking). Other languages are a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows®
  • High level of IT knowledge is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for working with People
  • Open-minded and team-oriented
