  • Provide phone support and advice to our international Key Account customers and support our Key Account Management Sales team by providing technical expertise
  • Establish and maintain direct involvement with our Key Accounts at the beginning of an emerging business relationship
  • Support our Key Account/Enterprise Manager’s
  • Respond to questions via our ticket system
  • Assume responsibility for and resolve Second and Third Level Support cases per remote support, phone, or E-Mail

Requirements

Requirements

  • University degree in the field of computer science, applied computer science or a related field with previous work experience
  • Several years of professional experience in support, technical customer service or IT administration in an international environment
  • Expert knowledge in the following areas: networking, operating systems, mobile devices, Active Directory, administration of Back-Up, and virtualization
  • Fluent in German and English, additional language skills are a plus
  • Strongly identify with the TeamViewer product
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a friendly and professional approach to customers
