Inside Sales Representative North America

Responsibilities

  • Introduce, demonstrate, sell and promote all current and new TeamViewer products to customers and prospects over the phone and over the internet with focus on our North American user base.
  • Answer client questions in the area of setup and product functionality
  • Provide online demos and webinars of TeamViewer to future prospects
  • Promptly responding to email requests
  • Quote and follow up on quotations
  • Collaborate closely with our tech-support team
  • Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among users
  • Process any written request from our prospects and customers using our proprietary systems (Ticketsystem, CRM, License Tool).
  • Take care of outbound activities, in particular during our sales campaigns.
  • Take care of 1st-Level Technical Support questions about TeamViewer software.
  • Discuss with your Team Manager about possible ways to improve our process and system.

Requirements

  • A 4-year college degree in business information technology, economics or several years working experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong oral and written fluency in English
  • Sales talent and enthusiasm for working with people
  • Good writing, editing, interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Other language skills are welcome (Spanish, French, etc.)
  • Previous working experience is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows®
  • Open-minded and team-oriented
