Your Responsibilities

  • Collaboration in the IT Service Desk, which is the first point of contact for internal IT problems and processes ticket-based incidents and service requests
  • Complete and punctual equipping of new workplaces and supervision of the workplaces
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation in our internal knowledge database and updating of the CMDB
  • Contribute to the optimization of the ITIL processes related to the Service Desk
  • Responsible for own projects depending on previous knowledge, e.g. introduction of new tools
  • Collaboration in the procurement of software and hardware, including the solicitation of offers
  • As an IT all-rounder, support our internal IT department in all its activities.

Requirements

Requirements

  • A successfully completed apprenticeship as IT specialist for system integration, ideally first professional experience
  • Very good and up-to-date knowledge in an IT workplace predominantly dominated by Microsoft products
  • Preferably knowledge of the following subject areas: Windows 10, Active Directory, Software Distribution, Confluence, Freshservice (ITSM Tool)
  • Very good knowledge of German and/or English
  • Enjoy working in a team and innovative thinking, great commitment, communication, structured work, good organisation and reliability
