ITbrain Sales Representative

  • Introduce, demonstrate, sell and promote ITbrain to customers and prospects over the phone and over the internet.
  • Answer presale client questions about setup and product functionality.
  • Convert inbound enquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential and existing clients and convert to opportunities.
  • Meet sales targets through successful selling and building a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Provide online demos and webinars to potential customers.
  • Promptly responding to email requests.
  • Quote and follow up on quotations within expected timeframes.
  • Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers.
  • Process any written request from our prospects and customers.
  • Take care of cross- and upselling activities with our existing customers.
  • Update information and activities into various systems as advised by the Manager.
  • Discuss with your Manager about possible ways to improve our process and system.

  • 2-year post graduate degree in business information technology, economics or several years working experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong oral and written fluency in English and one of these other languages: Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese
  • Strong sales talent and enthusiasm for working with people
  • Previous working experience in the sales field
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows®
  • Open-minded and team-oriented
  • Experience working with IT support helpdesks, system Integrators, or similar IT service delivery organizations 
  • Right to work in Australia is essential
