Key Account Manager (m/f)

Responsibilities

  • Serve our customers at all hierarchical levels and market our SaaS solutions for our Swedish prospects
  • Cultivate a personal connection with existing customers and build long-term customer relationships
  • Work within the framework of customer visits and technical questions and provide solution-based inspiration for questions of a commercial, logistical, and technical nature
  • Strategically manage accounts and aggressively upsell and cross sell
  • Monitor the market in regard to new project opportunities and generate analyses and concepts
  • Have strong & proactive communication skills with hunter mentality and regular contact with customers in order to recognize customer needs in a timely manner as well as identify new application areas for TeamViewer’s portfolio
  • Building an active sales pipeline, manage it with a strong focus on closure, act responsible and proactive

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in economics, computer science, or business administration with a concentration in a technical or IT-related field
  • Several years of experience in account management or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in software/license sales as well as experience in creating strategic account plans
  • Good overall IT knowledge as well as customer contacts; experience in SaaS Solution selling will be a plus
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a friendly and professional approach to customers
  • Negotiation skills at all management levels as well as a high measure of authority in critical situations and an ability to work independently
  • Native Swedish skills as well as business level English and/or German skills, other languages are a plus
  • No fear of cold calling activities
  • Passion for sales with a great desire to succeed
  • Affinity for the general economic process and business figures
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Across the board thinking is necessary
  • Goal oriented thinking with the ability to close deals fast
