Marketing Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data for the Americas GEO using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hubspot, Tableau and Microsoft Dynamics to help support important business decisions
  • Provide reporting on Marketing KPI’s, digital marketing campaign performance, and auditing of 3rd party sales data
  • Work with our BI team in Germany to ensure consistent and timely reporting for the Americas, while maintaining compliance under GDPR
  • Work together with other departments as a team to develop solutions for important business problems, using common tools and proprietary purpose-build algorithms
  • Assist with analysis for our SEM/PPC team
  • Handle our customer rewards/promotion program
  • Regular reporting for Demand Gen, Channel/Reseller team, and Key Accounts/Sales Team

What we offer

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics/statistics, computer science, or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in Data analytics. Big Data experience is a plus
  • Familiar with Tableau and Excel – pivot tables and logical functions
  • Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRMs
  • Basic knowledge in SQL a plus
  • Highly motivated to solve complex problems in close collaboration with others
  • Goal oriented, eager to achieve real business effects
  • Team supporting, volunteering to step in, where (s)he feels might be a help to achieve goal
  • Feedback prone, actively shares own opinion & accommodates feedback from others
