  • The Public Relations Manager will partner with the US PR agency to expand, grow and increase brand awareness across the USA market
  • Identify new and innovative approaches for public relations and social media to increase demand for TeamViewer
  • Measure and track public relations performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Manage public relations agency timelines to ensure weekly progress and reach into industry specific markets
  • Develop, manage, and execute social media strategy for the US and the Americas
  • Partner with Global Social Media Manager to increase social engagement, followers, and social activity
  • Actively respond and start conversations across online communities, including TeamViewer’s community as well as other IT communities
  • Establish metrics and track performance; measure and communicate performance weekly
  • Other marketing duties as requested by leadership team

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field is required
  • 3 or more years in a full-time, hands-on Public Relations role with focus on driving demand generation activities is required; Experience in social media management is preferred
  • B2B and software experience is required
  • 1 or more years working as a Public Relations (PR) Manager for a technology is preferred
  • Experience using social media monitoring and reporting tools
  • Excellent communicator and works well in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Motivated to win with a passion for marketing
  • Able to work with a local team in the USA and collaborate with global team members
  • Currently eligible to work in the United States for any employer (visa sponsorship is not available)
  • Ability and interest in traveling domestically and/or internationally (approximately 10% or less per year)
