Sales Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Support our Sales team with administrative tasks
  • Assign CRM tasks to Sales Representatives
  • Create, send and follow up quotes for our customers and prospects
  • Check the quality of CRM records & database
  • Provide weekly sales opportunities, leads & calls reports
  • Follow up on quotes as needed

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in Sales administration or support 
  • Business level oral and written English language skills. Other APAC languages are a plus (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean etc)
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows® and good general IT knowledge
  • Extensive experience in driving CRM tools (MS Dynamics/SalesForce etc.)
  • Open-minded and team-oriented
  • Highly service-oriented with desire to assist others in understanding rules, tools and resources
  • Organised, thorough and results-orientated 
  • Sales driven and self-motivated person
  • Creative thinking when it comes to problem solving
