Technical Trainer and Enablement Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of all technical training for the APAC team.
  • Be responsible for product training of all new employees.
  • Run an active knowledge management within the globally used Confluence.
  • Lead technical enablement of the channel partners for APAC Region.
  • Identify training and development needs within the team through regular consultation with business managers and HR.
  • Produce training materials for all training needs.
  • Ensure all statutory training requirements are met.
  • Amend and revise programs as necessary, to adapt to any APAC needs and requirements.

Requirements

  • Training experience with different methodologies e.g. classroom, on-the-job/coaching.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a high level of comfort in front of groups.
  • Radiate a positive attitude and great motivation and passion for development.
  • Ability to explain complex/technical subjects in a clear and interesting way.
  • Experience with sales related training in the IT sector.
  • Possess very strong communication skills.
  • Strong technical IT background with solid technical aptitude.
  • Can develop and evaluate training and development programs.
  • Excellent English language skills (additional languages are a plus).
  • Sales focused approach with customer interaction experience.
  • Should be open to travel within the APAC region.
