As an Account Development Representative, you are the primary contact for new leads and targeted existing customers for Mid Market and Enterprise level accounts. You are responsible for qualifying prospects for all TeamViewer products through a consultative sales approach.
Perform outbound sales activities to contact potential clients or target existing clients through marketing campaigns.
Qualify leads through conversations and a consultative approach to TeamViewer products.
Research and make connections with decision makers to identify and qualify opportunities.
Schedule calls and demos with prospects and sales representatives/account managers
Update contact records and lead stages in various CRM tools including Microsoft Dynamics and Hubspot
Collaborate with sales representatives during the sales process
Demonstrate an in depth understanding of your customers’ business practices and how TeamViewer solves their problems
Complete various administrative tasks to support inside sales representatives and account managers
Meet or exceed your assigned goals and weekly KPI’s
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You love to talk to people about their business and are great at developing trust. You are a great listener.
A Bachelor's degree preferred and/ or 2 years of inside sales experience
Great collaborator, you enjoy working with others and sharing ideas
Time management: You’d describe yourself as a multi-tasker and can handle a high volume of leads
Intermediate understanding of both PC and mobile devices
You’re a pro using the Microsoft Suite of products, and you have experience with CRM tools. Bonus points for Hubspot or Microsoft Dynamics
College degree or equivalent experience
