Aufgaben

  • Strategic account management and positioning of the TeamViewer product offerings and services at all business levels
  • Establish new and maintain existing customer relationships, both face to face and over the phone
  • Identify the key decision-makers of potential new customers and build successful relationships with them by identifying their needs and potential applications of the TeamViewer portfolio
  • Provide support to customers regarding commercial, logistical and technical issues, and sell our SaaS solutions to achieve your revenue and customer satisfaction targets
  • Consult, conceptualize and implement projects and solutions, preferably in the highly innovative fields
  • Conduct market analysis to find new project/customer opportunities and create key account plans that ensure customer needs are identified early on

Qualifikationen

  • University degree in business informatics, computer science or business administration with a high level of technical and IT understanding
  • Several years of professional experience in key account management or at least 5 years sales / software license sales
  • Experience in strategic account plan creation and network of established customer contacts with relevant decision-makers
  • Negotiation skills at all levels of business
  • Experience with SaaS solutions and software licensing
  • Passion for sales and success, strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a friendly, professional approach to customers
  • Business level proficiency of German and/or English. Other foreign languages are desirable
  • Understanding and interest in business and economics
