Advisor (m/f/d) Administrative Management Funding Projects, 20h/week, limited until 30 Apr 2023

Responsibilities

  • You are the internal and external contact person for all administrative and financial support of ongoing national and international third-party funded projects
  • You will be in charge of all stages of our funding projects, from the preparation of requests for funds and proofs of use to the review of purchase orders and invoices
  • You will also be responsible for the controlling and documentation of ongoing projects
  • In addition, you will optimize existing structures and processes with regard to the internal handling of funding projects
  • You will liaise with a wide range of national and international project sponsors as well as with various internal contacts
  • You provide expert advice to our internal project managers on the handling of ongoing third-party funded projects 

This is a limited part-time position, 20h/week, limited until 30 Apr 2023 

 

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed your commercial training or have a comparable qualification
  • Previous experience in the field of administration of third-party funded projects is a plus, but not mandatory
  • As an organizational talent, you work in a structured, service- and team-oriented manner
  • You like to design and optimize processes and actively participate in their implementation and compliance
  • You have an affinity for numbers and experience in accounting/controlling
  • Your German and English are business fluent
  • You are confident in using the common MS-Office applications, especially MS-Excel
  • Your strengths include initiative and independence, and you have a high level of quality consciousness.
  • You always work reliably, are committed and keep a cool head even in challenging situations
  • Last but not least, you have a sense of humor
