Alliances & Channel Program Manager

Responsibilities

The TeamViewer Americas Alliances & Partner team is seeking an experienced Alliances & Channel Program Manager to drive the execution of our partner growth strategy in the Americas. This role will report directly to the Vice President - Alliance & Partners with a mission to increase TeamViewer’s partner and channel revenues in North and South America focusing on reselling partners, as well strategic partners like SAP, Google, and select Global Systems Integrators.

 

  • Implementation, execution and reporting of partner sales plays and sales campaigns
  • Analyze market and business situation - understand the fundamentals of enterprise software and partner markets, whitespace opportunities, and (regional and global) business objectives.
  • Work with our partners, to define and implement best-practices, operating procedures, tools and reporting to drive operational excellence in alliances and channel operations
  • Produce new partner sales plays that support our market position, along with building out assets and coordinating marketing content with global and regional stakeholders 
  • Help manages sales campaigns with strategic partners and channel in cooperation with alliances and channel managers and marketing
  • Measure and report on contribution to partner lead generation and pipeline growth for Americas alliances and partner team
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams on content and messaging that drives partner engagement
  • Demand Generation activities in support of key strategic alliances and TeamViewer marketing events including planning and coordination, exposure, and customer and partner engagements
  • Document and promote references for alliances and channel successes
     

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience directly related to business development and marketing within the software technology industry working with strategic partners
  • Experience in orchestrating different internal and external resources in a project/program 
  • Well-developed communication and collaboration skills 
  • Strategic with the ability to translate ideas into actionable programs for outcomes and operational excellence
  • High business acumen around enterprise application processes and related use cases
  • A Self-starter, capable of assessing needs and initiating solutions 
  • Project and Program Management Skills: Experience in planning, design, and implementation of small to large-scale projects. Ability to work well under deadlines and juggle multiple priorities, (PMP or similar certifications a plus).
  • Process Improvement Skills: Ability to analyze poorly defined areas and processes within a cross-functional organization. Effective in implementing new and improved processes.
  • Analytics: Strong critical thinking skills. Experience applying various methodologies or practices to assess processes, business issues and people.
