Back Office Specialist (m/f/d) Enterprise

Responsibilities

  • Sort incoming emails in our internal ticket and CRM system and either process them independently or forward them to the responsible colleagues
  • Process direct and indirect orders in our ERP system
  • Generate quotations in collaboration with the Account Executives
  • Make sure that all quotations and orders adhere to the Enterprise Sales Policy
  • Assist with different customer-facing operational tasks and inquiries
  • Update and improve quality of data in the CRM by reviewing and adding additional data to the system
  • Handle all postal communications from the team and customers
  • Additional duties as required

Requirements

  • Work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent preferred
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory, further languages related to the European market are a plus 
  • Good communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows®, MS Office and good general IT knowledge
  • Open-minded and team player personality
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Sales driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Creative thinking when it comes to problem solving
