Responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned business development individual that thrives identifying and developing global partnerships working with cutting edge technology. TeamViewer a Germany based company with offices around the world is building up their Business Development team in Austin, Texas. TeamViewer was founded in 2005 and is fully focused on the development of high-end solutions for remote support of devices across all platforms and online and collaboration solutions. Currently a market leader with over 2.5 billion installations with more than 45 million active sessions every moment in time and a global customer base, serving over 200 countries worldwide.

TeamViewer and SAP work together in order to improve digitalization processes for industrial environments. TeamViewer’s Augmented Reality product Frontline will be integrated into SAP solutions and partner program. This will help customers in industrial machinery and manufacturing to use TeamViewer’s AR services for remote troubleshooting, maintenance and support scenarios.   

In order to build up and strengthen our strategic partnership with SAP customers we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who builds up and supports internal and external sales channels, monitors and executes on sales pipeline, drives joint market initiatives, and grows our international customer portfolio.

  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for establishing TeamViewer’s solutions in industrial environments
  • Build up an SAP and partner network by establishing long-term valuable partner relationships, especially in the Enterprise segment
  • Collaborate efficiently with internal Enterprise AE to jointly execute on opportunities and sales pipeline
  • Drive business development activities across different areas of the value chain, as well as enhance sales and marketing approach
  • Push solution selling in complex industrial environments with AR technology background
  • Collaborate with the leadership team defining the Business Development strategy, global plan and partner map.
  • Work with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Sales and Marketing teams as you identify and develop deals.
  • Participate in regular business reviews between TeamViewer and partner firms to assess partnership success.
  • Partner management and engagement of key partner accounts.
  • Own and drive performance of key KPIs including billing targets.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in working with SAP and its customers with focus on partner management (enablement, account planning and initiatives)
  • An understanding of AR solutions and industrial environments
  • 5 + years in Business Development and partner management experience.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, MBA ideal.
  • Experience in creating new customer relationships and working with strategic partners.
  • Experience in project managing growth strategy programs.
  • Proven track record of enabling multi-million dollar agreements and strategic, long-lasting, trusted partner relationships.
  • Passionate about cloud, mobile technologies and emerging categories.
  • Ability to pitch to C-level executives clearly articulating a value proposition.
  • Ability to travel internationally
