Responsibilities

Become a part of the TeamViewer Engage Business Development team (BDR) who researches prospective customers, develops creative outreach strategies, and identifies new sales opportunities. Join now and lead discovery conversations with potential customers and identify how TeamViewer Engage can help customers accelerate Digital Transformation!

  • Prospect, educate and qualify targeted accounts and inbound leads to create qualified sales opportunities
  • Gain a strong understanding of both industry and product knowledge and be the expert in this field
  • Tenaciously utilize phone, email, social media, and other methods to reach prospective customers through a high level of daily activities
  • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts
  • Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Reps on target accounts and territory planning
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Microsoft Dynamics
  • Work in collaboration with Field and Corporate Marketing to drive attendance at regional marketing events
  • Meet and exceed BDR sourced Opportunity volume targets
  • Act as a mentor for new BDR hires in helping them navigate their key accounts
  • Build and lead the business development team

Requirements

  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements
  • Previous sales experience required, in which you demonstrated the ability to exceed sales quotas
  • A genuine curiosity and empathy for the prospect's situations, needs, challenges, and pains
  • Highly driven with a passion for technology
  • Passionate about being a part of TeamViewer's journey and ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
  • 2+ years outbound prospecting experience
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory, further languages of the European market are a plus
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar products)
  • Creativity in sourcing your own leads and prospects
  • Highly organized; strong time management and prioritization skills
  • A competitive attitude and a drive to succeed above and beyond your peer
