Channel Account Manager, LATAM (m/f/d/v)

Responsibilities

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to successfully own and grow a territory/region.
  • Strong account management, customer service, sales, prospecting, and closing skills.
  • Proven track record in sales with a history of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Successful quota-carrying experience within Software as a Service type sales
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills both in person and virtually.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Detailed-oriented, well-organized, punctual, and must be able to keep up-to-date records on accounts and opportunities
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Energetic.
  • Create and execute upon a detailed territory plan.
  • Utilize external resources to help grow designated territory (i.e. Distributors).
  • Penetrate and prospect targeted channel partners for new business.
  • Accurately manage new business pipeline daily and maintain regular contact with all open new business opportunities.
  • Follow up in a timely manner on all leads.
  • Take the initiative to thoroughly learn the market (competitors, products, and services available).
  • Use knowledge of company products and services to provide channel partners with information and promote product sales.
  • Conducts/coordinates product training for channel partner representatives.
  • Follow up in a timely manner on all Customer inquiries. 

*This position will cover LATAM regions that are to be determined as well as Distribution.*

Requirements

  • Experience working within a high-velocity, business-to-business software sales environment (Minimum of 3 years).
  • Team player with excellent communication/written skills.
  • Native Spanish is a must.
  • Business Level English.
  • Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce – strongly desired
  • Software as a Service knowledge – desired
