Channel Sales Representative (m/f)

focus on Russian and central Asian markets

Aufgaben

  • Identify potential key partners
  • Recruit and manage new channel partners in consultation with Channel Manager
  • Continue enablement of existing reseller partners and distributors
  • Develop und manage annual partner business plans/targets
  • Coordinate with partners to identify key sales opportunities to generate revenue
  • Achievement of targeted business objectives in line with partner sales plan
  • Engage with senior level decision markers predominantly over the phone
  • Develop and effectively manage partnership and internal relationships necessary to reach mutually benefical objectives and the cross-functional commitments to achieve them
  • Responding to partner requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Quoting to partners, monitoring open opportunities and booking orders and securing timely delivery

Qualifikationen

  • Proven channel and account management experience including relationship building
  • Excellent English and Russian skills
  • A backround in sales and marketing or account management
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel when required
  • Sales driven and have worked to key targets & objectives
  • Relationship management and strategic networking experience
  • Delivered a solution based sales approach
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Creative thinking when it comes to problem solving
  • Self-motivation, team-oriented, an open-mind  and enthusiasm
  • Healthy touch of competitiveness
