Channel Success Coordinator (m/f/d/v)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of renewal opportunities and deliver results against monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast objectives.
  • Report on monthly renewal rates; input data daily from incoming reports.
  • Follow-up and resolve channel inquiries and complaints.
  • Help with incremental growth goals through cross-sell, add-on and upgrade sales to existing customers for non-focused Channel partners.
  • Conduct daily Channel Success call/email campaigns to client and partner accounts to maintain retention rates.
  • Work with internal Distribution Account Managers and Distributors directly to ensure successful retention rates through distribution partners.
  • Oversee the generation of renewal letters, quotes and agreements for the distributors, resellers and end-users.
  • Follow up in a timely manner on all inquiries.
  • Take the initiative to thoroughly learn the market (competitors, products, and services available).
  • Becoming a proactive and forward-thinker when it comes to new features and/or products release; and introducing these to existing clients to drive adoption (non-focused reseller accounts).

Requirements

  • College degree preferred or 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Love putting the customer at the center of your day.
  • At least 1 year of IT Channel experience
  • Ability to identify and execute on upsell opportunities in existing deals
  • A team player with excellent communication/written skills
  • Proven successful experience with pipeline management with cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Strong account management, customer service, sales, and closing skills
  • You’re organized, rigorous, and adaptable to an ever-evolving process and team
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills both in person and virtually
  • Excellent business partnering skills
  • Strong phone presence
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detailed oriented, well organized, punctual, and must be able to keep up-to-date records on accounts and opportunities.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • SaaS knowledge strongly desired
  • Self-motivated and hard-working
