Content Writer and Localization Manager, LATAM (m/f/d/v)

We’re looking for an innovative, self-motivated, creative content writer and localization specialist to write and manage translations for the Latin American (LATAM) markets.  This includes blogs, white papers, brochures, data sheets, solution briefs, presentations, webinars, email nurtures, reports, web content, landing pages, website pop-ups, social media posts, advertisements, Google AdWords, and newsletters.


This role requires a highly organized and meticulously detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and collaboration across teams is crucial to success.  The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

  • Develop compelling copy and provide creative direction for content that drives customer and prospect engagement
  • Create web content localized for our Latin American websites and work closely with web developers to update web pages
  • Work closely with campaign managers and other stakeholders to create content that aligns with business objectives to meet publication deadlines
  • Manage translation request process and publication cycles (including quality assurance), handling contractors and agencies, to deliver high-quality content
  • Create campaign briefs


  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing and localization for Latin American markets
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with a deep understanding of the Latin American markets
  • 3+ years of experience in the B2B software technology industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating impactful, engaging content
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems effectively, working independently and across teams
