Customer Care Representative (m/f) Italy

Aufgaben

  • You advise our interested parties and customers by telephone and are available for all questions concerning our software
  • In doing so, you concentrate on inbound activities and advising customers
  • You look after our customers in Italian (and potentially Spanish or French)
  • You process written customer inquiries via our ticket system
  • You create, according to the requirements of the prospective buyers, individual offers.
  • You will work closely with our support team

Qualifikationen

  • Strong communication skills and enjoy working with people
  • University degree in the field of economics, linguistics or commercial or technical vocational training
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian (at native speaker level) and very good knowledge of English as well as Spanish or French
  • Windows® user knowledge desirable
  • First professional experience in the field of customer services and/or sales, e.g. through internships
  • Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Working independently is just as important to you as team spirit
