Customer Care Representative North America

Aufgaben

  • Work to uphold our high standards of service and customer support with a focus on converting customers to fans
  • Answer client questions in the areas of setup, product functionality, billing, and other topics
  • Take care of 1st-Level Technical Support questions about TeamViewer software.
  • Promptly responding to email requests
  • Follow up on outstanding service issues
  • Collaborate closely with our tech support team to resolve issue
  • Remain sales-focused to be able to seize upon opportunities for upselling should the customer present them
  • Process any written request from our customers using our proprietary systems (Ticketsystem, CRM, License Tool).
  • Discuss with your Team Manager about possible ways to improve our processes and system.

Qualifikationen

  • A 4-year college degree in business information technology, economics or several years working experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong oral and written fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Sales talent and enthusiasm for working with people
  • Previous working experience in phone-based customer service/sales is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows®
  • Open-minded and team-oriented
  • Available to work occasional evening hours as needed
  • Communication skills, sales talent and enthusiasm in working with people
