Responsibilities
TeamViewer is looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager (m/f/d) to join our Customer Experience team. You will ensure the effective alignment and implementation of customer satisfaction measures as well as the constant improvement of customer facing processes by closely monitoring our customer feedback.
- Together with our Senior Customer Experience Manager you fully focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience, and you make sure that the voice of the customer is being heard across all relevant departments to ensure constant improvements
- Map customer journeys to understand end-to-end processes and identify potential weak points, which require changes to improve the general customer experience
- Use your findings to derive recommendations for action and analyze the impact of the measures you implement by using the right KPIs
- Establish procedures and standards for managing review sites, stay in close contact with respective Account Managers and care on how our products are perceived globally
- Serve as an evangelist and subject-matter expert to internal stakeholders and partners; regularly presenting to audiences large and small, internal, and external
