Responsibilities

TeamViewer is looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager (m/f/d) to join our Customer Experience team. You will ensure the effective alignment and implementation of customer satisfaction measures as well as the constant improvement of customer facing processes by closely monitoring our customer feedback.

  • Together with our Senior Customer Experience Manager you fully focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience, and you make sure that the voice of the customer is being heard across all relevant departments to ensure constant improvements
  • Map customer journeys to understand end-to-end processes and identify potential weak points, which require changes to improve the general customer experience
  • Use your findings to derive recommendations for action and analyze the impact of the measures you implement by using the right KPIs
  • Establish procedures and standards for managing review sites, stay in close contact with respective Account Managers and care on how our products are perceived globally
  • Serve as an evangelist and subject-matter expert to internal stakeholders and partners; regularly presenting to audiences large and small, internal, and external

Requirements

  • University degree in customer experience management, business information technology or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year of experience leading customer experience related topics and cross-functional projects
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
  • Very good communication skills paired with enjoyment for customer experience activities
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized way of working paired with efficient time management
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in steering external partners as such as agencies and review platform providers
  • Enthusiasm for new, innovative, and technical subjects along with an understanding of customer and market requirements, trends, and developments in the IT industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with technical and business leaders
  • Experience in Email Marketing / Marketing Automation is a plus
