Customer Retention Specialist (Korean Market)

Responsibilities

This position will see you reach out to our existing customer base, and restate the value proposition of TeamViewer to customers who request to cancel or move to a lower subscription plan.

  • Re-establish and confirm customer needs
  • Answer customer inquiries by phone and email regarding subscription renewal
  • Present solutions that may better meet the customers needs
  • Help the retention team collect and analyse feedback from customers
  • Assist with the development and implementation of appropriate retention strategies for various customer segments

Requirements

  • Business-level communication skills in both English and Korean (written and verbal)
  • Ability to conduct a thorough needs analysis, asking the right questions to understand individual challenges
  • Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience resolving issues and proposing solutions
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM is advantageous
