Responsibilities
This position will see you reach out to our existing customer base, and restate the value proposition of TeamViewer to customers who request to cancel or move to a lower subscription plan.
- Re-establish and confirm customer needs
- Answer customer inquiries by phone and email regarding subscription renewal
- Present solutions that may better meet the customers needs
- Help the retention team collect and analyse feedback from customers
- Assist with the development and implementation of appropriate retention strategies for various customer segments
