Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) Finance

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to our client’s success by executing outbound calls and responding to requests from external customers relating to Accounts Receivable related inquiries
  • Ensure proper execution of TeamViewer policies and practices related to, e.g., collections activities, and write-off
  • Support accurate, reliable, and timely billing of customers as well as timely collection of payments, processing write-offs and recoveries
  • Utilize workflow and ERP tools to document customer requests and issue resolutions to ensure proper handling and follow up of all inbound calls
  • Work closely with the Finance team and ensure the delivery of a best-in-class dunning experience for our existing clients
  • Provide world class customer service

Requirements

  • A university degree in the field of International Business, Economics, Marketing, Foreign Languages or a related subject
  • Experience in working with customers especially in Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, and/or Accounts Receivable experience
  • Fluency in English and French, or English and Italian, or English and German, or English and Spanish is mandatory. Knowledge of Russian will be a plus
  • Strong team and organizational skills
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent PC and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills, knowledge of MS Dynamics or any ERP system is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills, ability to take ownership of the work assigned, and deliver results timely, reliably and correctly
