Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

Act as a functional expert of the TeamViewer AR product portfolio. Manage and oversee the successful deployment of our innovative software Solutions to our customers, coordinate project teams, constantly engage with assigned customers and identify potential for further deployments.

  • Specify requirements together with the customer and set up a project plan for the implementation of our AR solution(s)
  • Act as a functional expert of the TeamViewer AR product portfolio
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers about the capabilities of wearable technologies and how to effectively implement them across their business (IT, Security, and Operations etc.)
  • Manage and oversee the successful deployment of our innovative software Solutions to our customers, coordinate project teams, constantly engage with assigned customers and identify potential for further deployments.
  • Control user acceptance and system integration tests before our solutions are rolled out
  • Provide resourcing, estimates, scheduling and coordination during all project phases and drive the roadmap and development with other Project Engineers
  • Act as a mediator between customers and Frontline and align on milestone results with the customer
  • Identify upselling potential with each of your customers
  • Engage with assigned customers and identify potential for further deployments
  • Deliver training, product demonstrations, or troubleshooting sessions with customers as needed
     

 


 

Requirements

  • Degree in a STEM, (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) related field or similar

  • 3+ years direct related experience delivering enterprise software solutions

  • Experience working in close customer collaboration, and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels

  • You bring experience in program/ project management

  • Openness to travelling up to 20%

  • Proven ability to understand the big picture and quickly comprehend complex relationships in dynamic organizations

  • Enthusiasm for acting as team player, especially when it comes to cross functional teams paired with passion to work independently, assuming holistic responsibility for a project when needed
