Customer Support Specialist (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities

  • Support our existing Japanese customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone and via ticket system.
  • Manage workload via the ticketing system.
  • Be the first line in our customer support experience.
  • Show our software solutions to customers that will solve their individual IT challenges.
  • Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our existing and potential customers.
  • Work with sales and second level team to provide solutions to our customers.

Requirements

  • Qualifications in the field of IT or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training or relevant experience.
  • Business level fluency of Japanese (keigo) and communication skills in English . Other APAC languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of operating systems and experience at least with two of the following, Windows®, Mac OS X®, Linux®, iOS®, Android®.
  • Experience working in customer support via phone and ticket system.
  • Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
  • Working independently is just as important to you as team spirit.
  • Strong communication skills and passion for working with people.
