Aufgaben

Your Responsibilities

  • Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among users, prospects and customers over the phone and via email for our product portfolio
  • Answer user questions in the area of setup, product functionality and other topics i.e. administrative questions following their purchase via phone and email as well as by online community contributions
  • Hold online demonstrations to explain software functionalities to existing customers if needed
  • Take care of 1st-Level Technical Support questions about our product Blizz
  • Do customer satisfaction calls and surveys to further improve our service and follow up on outstanding service issues

Qualifikationen

Requirements

  • A degree in business information technology, economics and/or several years working experience in phone-based customer service is an advantage
  • Strong oral and written fluency in English and other languages relevant to the market(s) being serviced
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows®
  • High service-orientation with strong focus on efficiency and selling points of our products
  • Strong empathy and enthusiasm when interacting with people over the phone and via email
  • Open-minded and team oriented
