Customer Support Specialist (Thai Speaking)

Responsibilities

  • Support our existing Thai customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone and via email.
  • Provide support to our customers by answering enquiries via our ticket system.
  • Prepare offers for prospect customers, tailoring solutions to their individual needs.
  • Show our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges.
  • Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our existing and potential customers.

Requirements

  • Previous work experience in phone-based customer service, ideally in the IT industry.
  • Fluent speaker of Thai and English.
  • Windows® user knowledge desirable.
  • High service-orientation with strong focus on efficiency and solution-based problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner when interacting with customers and/or users.
  • High affinity for IT and the will to continuously grow your knowledge in this field.
  • Open-minded and team-oriented.
  • Right to work in Australia is essential.
