Director, Demand Generation & Digital Marketing (m/f/d/v)

Responsibilities

TeamViewer is looking for an ambitious, creative and metrics-driven Director of Demand Generation & Digital Marketing to drive the growth and demand for our growing enterprise, mid-market and inside sales teams. This position will be managing Americas, India and Australia.

  • Develop a digital marketing strategy and road map to increase new customer acquisition and sales across all digital channels
  • Build out our demand generation email campaigns creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
  • Create, launch and optimize email marketing, content syndication programs, landing pages, and display ads
  • Manage social media advertising and SEM optimization and performance
  • Perform analysis of all marketing campaigns, generate insights and recommend actionable optimizations; Use data, insights, and business intel to assist in the development of marketing ideas and programs, identify trends, track performance, improve conversion, and optimize spend
  • Create marketing personas tied to specific customer needs and preferences
  • Develop programs targeted towards engaged prospects within our ICP, in concert with sales
  • Establish an ABM approach to support identification, prospecting, and penetrating accounts that are in-line with our key industry focuses
  • Create Account-based marketing activities targeted at our key vertical segments
  • Partner with content and event teams to align campaign execution
  • Analyze buyers’ digital journeys for actionable insights and optimization
  • Manage project/program budget
  • Manage day-to-day execution of all demand gen and digital programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of Marketing, Communications required; digital marketing certification(s) a plus
  • 12+ years of professional experience leading demand gen and digital strategy for a technology organization and 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record within a top-tier B2C or B2B marketing organization, implementing digital marketing
  • Solid fluency in English language, both written and oral. 
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly convey ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
  • Experience managing global team of marketing professionals.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), and knowledge of CRMs (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, including Wordpress, Unbounce, Google Analytics, Social paid advertising platforms.
  • ·Data-driven mindset about implementing campaigns, leveraging customer segmentation, programmatic buying, retargeting and attribution analytics to optimize digital investments
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little day-to-day leadership oversight
