Responsibilities

Join TeamViewer as a Director (m/f/d Enterprise Solution Sales, Germany and Eastern Europe, leading out Enterprise Team in Germany, Poland and Russia.

  • Help selling into large Enterprise Customers in Germany, Eastern Europe and Russia
  • Coach the team as a role model in strategic and consultative selling along the Value Chain
  • Oversee the funnel quality and quantity to achieve the targets and being always on top of the teams activities and performance
  • Build account plans with the Account Managers and keep them up to date
  • Facilitate personal development of the individual Sales Account Managers in your team and coach them regularly in customer meetings and on the phone
  • Manage the sales forecast, drive pipeline and registration/escalation process for your region
  • Align closely with the Channel Partner Ecosystem to qualify new opportunities and position the best partner, to help build the best offer for our customers
  • Work with Marketing and Product Management to build and execute sales strategy and promote input for product enhancements and new product features
  • Analyze business KPI´s and conduct business reviews with the sales team and your direct manager
  • Control and manage the pricing and discounts in the different offers
  • Strong negotiation and moderation skills on all different levels
  • Analyze competition and market trends and act accordingly to be in line or even ahead of the trends

Requirements

  • Proven track record as Sales Leader in the Software industry
  • High level of entrepreneurship
  • Experience in managing a high touch sales model and leverage large partnerships
  • Good network in Enterprise customers in Germany, Eastern Europe and Russia
  • Good technical understanding and experience in Software sales
  • Business level English and German skills
  • Motivated to work with leading-edge technologies and applying those to drive business value to partners
  • Comfortable with working in diverse and international teams
  • Customer focused with the willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast paced and growing agile environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different departmental teams
  • Flexibility, adaptability and quick to learn new skills

What we offer

  • Contract location would be a Home Office in Southern Germany, as regular meetings in our HQ in Göppingen are expected
  • Until the COVID-19 related restrictions are lifted, we will remain in the home-office work-mode. Afterwards we will keep flexible work arrangements and home office option up to 50%
