Coach the team as a role model in strategic and consultative selling
Oversee the funnel quality and quantity to achieve the targets and being always on top of the teams activities and performance
Facilitate personal development of the individual Sales Account Managers in your team and coach them regularly in customer meetings and on the phone
Manage the sales forecast, drive pipeline and registration/escalation process for your region
Align closely with the Channel Partner Ecosystem to qualify new opportunities and position the best partner, to help build the best offer for our customers
Work with Marketing and Product Management to build and execute sales strategy and promote input for product enhancements and new product features
Analyse business KPI´s and conduct business reviews with the sales team and your direct manager
Control and manage the pricing and discounts in the different offers
Strong negotiation and moderation skills on all different levels
Analyse competition and market trends and act accordingly to be in line or even ahead of the trends
Requirements
Proven Sales Leader with experience in OT/IoT industry including relationship building for 5 years or longer
Experience in managing a high touch but mainly indirect business
Good network and overview in the IoT, OEM market and different verticals
Good technical understanding of IoT use cases
Business level English and German skills
Motivated to work with leading-edge technologies and applying those to drive business value to partners
Comfortable with working in diverse and international teams
Customer focused with the willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast paced and growing agile environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different departmental teams
Flexibility, adaptability and quick to learn new skills
Desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales
Positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility and being
