You will be part of the leadership team, working with leaders across the company to ensure the achievement of the company goals.
- Plan and monitor strategic development topics, take part in strategic roadmap planning and improve development processes
- Guide, inspire and empower your teams by providing guidance through the whole development cycle
- Enable open feedback and communication culture within the team, act as a role model with living and develop the TeamViewer value and culture and translate the vision and topics into the development teams
- Translate long term technical and business vision into actionable steps for a fast delivery of increments
- Manage cross product/organizational development teams in respect with coordinating with the respective R&D leaders of the products
- Take decisions, resolve dependencies across teams and departments
- Ensure correct identification of required engineering power and the setup of teams to accomplish goals
- Identify and develop frameworks for development teams to innovate fast
Requirements
- A university or college degree in the field of Computer Science or a related subject
- Several years of leadership, product development and guiding development teams
- Software development experience in at least one high-level language (Java, C++, JavaScript advantageous)
- Good knowledge of clean code, design patterns for object-orientated programming, scalable distributed systems, security and network communication
- Combination of an entrepreneurial and technical mindset to translate business goals into a technical vision
- Structured and analytical working methods and a good team spirit
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
