Responsibilities
Become a part of our Solution Engineering team focused on supporting technical projects and product expertise for our customers. Perform product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and provide consulting and implementation support for TeamViewer software products and services to our customers.
- Support and advise our enterprise customers in the presales, sales & implementation phases.
- Work with our sales teams to successfully implement and guide customer projects through technical guidance and feedback, and to sustainably meet our customers' needs
- Be the product expert to design value-added solutions for our customers. In addition, provide services to successfully establish and further develop our products on the customer side, both on-site and remotely.
- Coordinate with our project engineers to successfully implement customer projects
- Work closely with our TeamViewer development teams to discuss, evaluate and implement specific customer requirements
- Be the linchpin from a technical perspective. By leveraging technical features and explaining them from a security perspective, you will help support and deliver the customer requirement within a POC, a security review or in the customer's hypercare phase in interaction with the respective functional department.
- Represent TeamViewer and the associated products at various international events
