The Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d)  is essential for growing the pipeline for our enterprise, mid-market and SMB solutions by developing the marketing plan in alignment with the strategy and the execution thereof for impactful, highly targeted marketing activities that meet our ambitious growth targets. Strong collaboration with the marketing operations team, content marketing as well as marketing channel owners frame your daily business, furthermore Increasing pipeline by executing and influencing the marketing strategy will be your focus.

  • Work with the Director, B2B Marketing to shape the definition of our SMB, mid-market and enterprise target audience and their associated needs, motivations, and insights to guide content and campaign development
  • Plan and manage the execution of the marketing strategy to drive leads and nurture our existing database
  • Develop and articulate high-quality, full-funnel marketing and creative strategies, along with performance measurements
  • Actively contribute to the development of strategic marketing initiatives to expand our market share and adoption of our solution portfolio across EMEA
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams (Content, Operations, Performance, Event) to get campaigns executed and ensure the delivery of all assets and proper implementation of campaigns
  • Define and create the key messaging, targeting and briefings for campaign execution, including the appropriate lead nurturing
  • Collaborate with our marketing channel owners to implement highly targeted and effective campaigns, with a key focus on ABM marketing
  • Lead with influence in a matrixed company and work with internal partners to achieve shared goals


  • 4+ years of professional experience in demand gen for a technology organization
  • 3+ years of experience with account-based marketing in EMEA region
  • Experience in enterprise marketing in a B2B subscription-based environment
  • Advanced Experienced in planning and executing enterprise marketing campaigns online as well as offline in the EMEA region
  • Creative problem-solving skills and fundamental marketing knowledge combined with a highly data-driven approach
  • Ability to think strategically as well as tactically, be very well organized, and fast in execution
  • Ability to translate value propositions into targeted messaging and content to drive results across segment and channel mix
  • Data-driven mindset about implementing campaigns, leveraging customer segmentation, programmatic buying, retargeting and attribution analytics to optimize digital investments
  • Demonstrable ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you must manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • A team player who loves to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams
  • Experience in creating efficient processes and demonstrating a good understanding of pipeline management and metrics
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
