  • Be the voice of TeamViewer for the Indian market on all commercial aspects.
  • Build the sales strategy and execution plan by assessing market demand and identifying potential opportunities.
  • Be responsible for the ongoing growth and development of TeamViewer’s operations in India.
  • Apply both tactical and strategic “Go to market” models, aimed to grow the customer base both in the short and long terms. Your goal is to drive higher revenues, customer growth and customer retention.
  • Manage the relationship with local distributors, resellers and strategic customers.
  • Be responsible for the P&L, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
  • Support forecast processes (weekly, monthly, and quarterly), including pipeline analysis, data validation, as well as identify the gaps and actions required.
    • Attract talent, build a successful high potential Sales Team, leading and inspiring them in their roles, while creating a energized and positive working environment.
