HR Business Partner (m/f/d) EMEA

We are looking for a HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to join our HR team! Success in this role will require influential partnership with middle and senior management within the organization to execute on the HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness. 

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement
  • Understand the entire talent eco-system and each stage of the employee lifecycle and apply talent/HR programs to support these stages
  • Keep on top of the business priorities and adapt your focus areas to best support the managers with these
  • Successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Manage the talent and succession process, working with managers to identify high potentials and succession to ensure the business if future proofed and that people are developed in line with business needs
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, responding to market and industry changes
  • Manage compensation review processes to ensure fairness and consistency across the organization
  • Act as one of the senior members of the team, helping to set the tone and direction of the HR agenda and providing the necessary support, follow up, and leadership to ensure the team achieves desired results


  • 2+ years human resource business partner experience or blend of operations and HR
  • Bachelor's Degree preferrably in psychology or business management
  • Flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams and levels within our organization
  • Experience in performance management, employee development and change management
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels
  • Professionalism, passion for HR and people related topics and desire to make a difference
  • The ability to work within a high growth, rapidly changing and matrix environment
  • Experience working in IT/SaaS company is a plus
  • Working closely with Product Management and Marketing  or Technology functions in a global environment would be advantageous
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory, further languages are a plus
