- Manage the end to end onboarding process for the EMEA region ensuring a great experience for new starters and a smooth start into their roles
- Craft and send communication with information about the company, onboarding agenda, equipment handover, dress code, parking options, perks and similar
- Coordinate onboarding presentations and product demos
- Assist with the coordination, preparation and distribution of employee documentation
- Create clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations
- Align the new employees with managers and their team and communicate involvement procedures to all stakeholders
- Be proactive in bringing new ideas and improving onboarding experience by identifying ways to reach a more scalable and measurable onboarding experience
- Prepare and distribute onboarding welcome gifts
- Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware/software and distribute manuals, passwords and guidelines, as needed
- Occasionally welcome new employees and host onboarding sessions
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related field or work experience in a similar position
- 2+ years experience working as an HR Onboarding Specialist in a growing technology driven company
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office. Experience with HRIS/ATS and Confluence will be a plus
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- Capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic, growing organization
- Very strong work ethic with “can do” and collaborative attitude rounds up your profile
- Excellent German and English communication skills
