Qualifikationen

  • 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Superior attention to detail, organizational skills, time and project management skills, multitasking abilities, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and processes
  • Strong sense of urgency, initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple and competing priorities with the utmost professionalism and integrity
  • Working knowledge of employment Federal, State, and local laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, et. al.) and compliance practices
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures with an ability to be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • High level of skill in handling sensitive and confidential situations/information
  • Strong customer service focus and great team player.
  • Working knowledge and experience with HRIS, internet sourcing, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience within high growth and fast paced company environments
  • Experience working with HR systems and tools required; ADP a plus
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Was wir bieten

  • Onboard and offboard all employees in the HRIS systems ensuing timeliness and thoroughness HRIS Management – maintain HRIS; implement all necessary changes: hire, terminate, transfers. Maintain and create HRIS Reports
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including placing advertisements, developing contacts with recruiting sources, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers and managing orientation and onboarding process.
  • Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation to foster positive attitude towards the company goals and to familiarize new staff with reporting lines, policies and procedures, and benefits enrollment
  • Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate
  • Responds to employee inquiries in timely manner regarding benefits information and trouble-shoots to resolve employee benefits concerns.
  • Prepare, maintain and review employee files in compliance with company policies as well as state and federal laws and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, performance reviews and terminations and others
  • Manages manual entries with benefits website for all carriers in the group plan.
  • Processes 401k enrollments and terminations
  • Process benefits separations in a timely manner so notification can be made to Cobra Secure.
  • Reviews benefit enrollment forms for accuracy and coordinates enrollment and other processing requirements with third party administrators in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reconciles benefits invoices on a monthly basis.
  • Reporting – Create, analyze, and maintain various reports for corporate reporting, internal auditing, compliance, headcount, financial reporting and other departments.
  • Maintain I-9 documentation and verification
