Inside Sales Representative - North America

Aufgaben

Responsibilities

  • In your role as an Inside Sales Representative, introduce, demonstrate, sell and promote all current and new TeamViewer products to English speaking customers and prospects over the phone and internet with focus on our North American user base.
  • Answer clients’ questions in the area of setup and product functionality
  • Provide online demonstrations of TeamViewer software products to current or prospective customers
  • Promptly respond to email requests
  • Quote and follow up on quotations for new or upgrade sales opportunities
  • Assist in the implementation of sales campaigns along side other Inside Sales Representative colleagues and Team Managers
  • Collaborate closely with our technical support team to address client needs in the sales process
  • Promote and maintain a company mission, vision and believes though routine job actions and behavior, including maintaining high-quality, professional interactions with peers and customers and promoting a customer-first approach in all actions.

Qualifikationen

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, professional sales or similar is preferred
  • Inside Sales Representative candidates must have 2-3 years of prior full-time work experience, with at least 1 year of prior inside sales experience
  • Prior experience in a technology sales role and/or experience using Value-Based Selling methods is preferred, but not required
  • Ideal Inside Sales Representative candidates will have above-average knowledge of IT and interest in the IT field;  Advanced knowledge of Windows® and MS Office software is required
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a Sales role is a plus
  • Inside Sales Representative candidates must possess sales talent, enthusiasm for working with people at all levels and ability to adapt messages for propsects and customers with varying needs
  • Open-minded and team-oriented with a desire to learn
  • Must be fluent in English, with excellent writing, editing, interpersonal and communication skills; Fluency in French is preferred, but not required.
  • Available to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (shifts after 6:00 pm are managed on a rotating basis)
  • Experience working on a salary plus commission basis with measurement against an annual compensation plan is preferred
  • Eligible to work in the United States for any employer is required; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role
