Intern (m/f/d) Human Resources

Responsibilities

  • Assist our HR team with daily tasks
  • Be responsible for the vacation management system and ensure that all vacations are up-to-date and correct
  • Check our intern HR ticketing system and be responsible for delegation of tickets to the appropriate team members
  • Ensure that our human resources and employee documentation is correctly recorded
  • Support our employees with general employment inquiries
  • Support the team in coordination and preparation or HR, recruiting and training events
  • Ensure timely completion of interim reports and certifications

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) at a college or university in the fields of business administration, psychology, organizational development or science, change management or comparable fields
  • Interest in a mandatory internship of at least 4 months
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory
  • High level of commitment, initiative and enthusiasm
  • You enjoy working with others and have a genuine interest in Human Resources
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and a high level of customer service skills
  • Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • It is important for you to learn, grow and develop in this role
