Are you currently enrolled in university or college studies and want to gain some experience in a dynamic, modern, fast-growing tech company? Great! We are looking for a mandatory intern (m/f/d) to support our Training & Development team!
- Support the team in all training activities, such as logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, training registration and feedback
- Create reporting on training progress to management
- Provide input on enhancing training tests and other evaluation processes for required trainings
- Support the team to maintain trainees' learning progress and history
- Participate in Training department events & activities and other events/programs assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) at an university or college in the field of Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration or related
- You are looking for a mandatory internship (40hours/week) which is required by your university
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint as well as other Office applications
- Analytical approach and independent working method
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
- Interest in learning perspectives and the creation of a learning culture and the ability to identify and highlight needs
- Strong service orientation and good technical understanding
